Ingredients:

  • 130 g of peanut butter;

  • 25 g of melted butter;

  • 120 g of sugar velo;

  • 1 tablespoon of milk;

  • 1 teaspoon of milk extract vanilla;

  • 80 g dark chocolate;

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla oil coconut;

  • Hazelnut grains;

  • Pretzels sticks.

Procedure

Savour the authentic taste of the holidays with peanut butter acorns covered in chocolate and hazelnut crumbs. Perfect for sharing or enjoying on their own, these acorns are the perfect touch of sweetness for your holiday celebrations. Follow the steps carefully to make delicious acorns. In a bowl, gently mix the peanut butter with the butter, making sure to obtain a smooth and creamy consistency. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly until all the ingredients are incorporated. Once combined, add a tablespoon of milk to the mixture and begin kneading with your hands until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency. Take walnut-sized portions of dough and shape them into balls, quickly shaping them into acorns. Now gently dip a pretzel stick, about 1.5 cm long, into the top of each acorn. Place the acorns on a plate lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden and firm up. While the acorns cool, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, adding a teaspoon of coconut oil to make it smoother and shinier. Pour the melted chocolate into a small glass. After removing the acorns from the freezer, gently dip them in the melted chocolate, making sure to coat them completely. Then, sprinkle the top of each acorn with chopped hazelnuts for a crunchy and delicious touch. Once decorated, return the acorns to the freezer for about 15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to harden. Take them out a few minutes before serving, so they reach the ideal temperature for best enjoyment. They're ready to be enjoyed! These Christmas acorns will be a hit, perfect for serving as a dessert on special occasions or as a delicious snack to share with friends and family. Happy holidays!
