12 datteri Medjoul;

12 fette di bacon sottile;

100 g di ricotta;

30 g di pistacchi;

1 cucchiaini di miele;

Qualche foglia di salvia o timo;

Sale q.b.

Non ti resta che sfornarli e servirli caldi!

Procedure

First, toast the pistachios with a pinch of salt in a small pan. Remove from the heat and chop them coarsely. Mince the sage or thyme and add it to a bowl with the ricotta, pistachios, a teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and set aside. Take the dates, cut them in half, remove the seeds and stems. Using a teaspoon, stuff each date with the ricotta filling. Wrap each date in a slice of bacon and thread it onto a large toothpick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and hang the skewers from the edges of the sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, then finish with a couple of minutes on the grill. All that's left to do is remove them from the oven and serve them hot!
