  • 60 ml milk;

  • 60 ml juice lemon;

  • Grated zest of 1 organic lemon;

  • 2 teaspoons of yeast for sweets.

Lemon curd:

  • 65 g of sugar;

  • 40 g of butter;

  • 60 ml lemon juice;

  • 2 eggs;

  • Grated zest of 1 organic lemon;

  • A pinch of salt.

Cream cheese:

  • 100 g of spreadable cheese;

  • 40 g of sugar veil.

Get ready to amaze your guests with delicious lemon Easter Cupcakes enriched with crunchy chia seeds! Follow the recipe and you will conquer everyone's palate with these irresistible sweets. For perfect baking, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin pan with 8 muffin cups.

Preparing the Dough:

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the liquid ingredients and incorporate the flour, baking powder, and chia seeds for the perfect consistency.

Baking the Cupcakes:
