Procedure of energy balls:
Start by soaking the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, while toasting the walnuts, the almonds and sesame seeds in a pan or in the oven. Drain the dates, reserving the soaking water. Finely chop the toasted nuts and pitted dates in a blender, adjusting the consistency by adding a little of the date soaking water. Finally, form walnut-sized balls and prepare two plates, one with coconut and one with cocoa. Decorate the balls and store them in the refrigerator.
