OVERNIGHT OATS with ZIG chia seeds: the perfect breakfast for athletes!
Ingredients for one person:
- 80 ml of milk or lactose-free plant-based drink;
- 30 g of rolled oats;
- 1 tablespoon of ZIG chia seeds;
- 1 teaspoon honey or coconut blossom syrup;
- Fresh blueberries;
- Dried apricots;
- Shredded coconut.
Method for overnight oats:
Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a bowl, pour in the water, add the teaspoon of honey, and mix well until all the ingredients are combined. Take a cup and arrange a few blueberries, a teaspoon of shredded coconut, and two chopped dried apricots on the bottom. Add the contents of the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. After refrigeration overnight, decorate with more blueberries, apricots, shredded coconut, and chia seeds. If you exercised the day before, overnight oats will help you recover quickly!
