In a bowl, combine the flours and salt, then stir everything with a fork to ensure the ingredients are well combined. Add the seeds of your choice, continuing to mix. Adding the seeds will give a touch of flavor and nutrition to your crackers. Drizzle the oil and wine over the dough. Continue mixing with a fork until you obtain a smooth consistency. Then, start kneading with your hands, combining all the ingredients so that they blend perfectly. Preheat the oven to 180°C, so that you have the right temperature when your crackers are ready to be baked. Now, roll out the dough directly on a sheet of baking paper using a rolling pin. Aim for a thickness of about 3/4 mm to ensure crispy and thin crackers. Using a pastry wheel, cut the crackers. You can choose any shape you like: squares, rectangles, or circles.
