Spinach salad

Ingredients

200 g of fresh spinach

50 g of blueberries

40 g walnuts

1 avocado 

½ lemon bii

Salt to taste.

EVO oil to taste.

Procedure

First, wash and thoroughly dry the spinach, lemon, and blueberries. Quarter the avocado and lemon and cut them into thin slices. In a large bowl, add the spinach, sprinkle with blueberries, and arrange the avocado and lemon slices here and there. Finish with roughly chopped walnut kernels. See the seasoning and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Your salad is ready to enjoy! It pairs perfectly with smoked salmon, grilled chicken breast, and even a hard-boiled egg!
