To get started, get 150 grams of dehydrated mango slices and 80 grams of dark chocolate. You'll also need pistachio crumbs and shrunk coconut, to use according to your taste. First, finely chop the dark chocolate and transfer it to a small, tall, narrow bowl. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally to ensure it melts evenly. While the chocolate is melting, prepare your work surface by covering it with a sheet of parchment paper. Once the chocolate is completely melted, take a mango slice and dip it halfway into the chocolate. Place the mango slice on parchment paper and decorate as desired with pistachio crumbs or scraped coconut. Let the snacks cool to room temperature and, once the chocolate has hardened, transfer them to the refrigerator to complete the hardening process. Once the chocolate has completely hardened, you can plate your healthy snacks in a small bowl and serve them as a delicious and healthy snack.
