Request a return or order cancellation

You can request a return, withdrawal or order cancellation online directly from your order area.

You do not need to create a traditional account: simply enter the email address used to place the order. You will receive a verification code by email and will be able to view the orders associated with that address.

How it works

1. Click the “Start request” button.
2. Enter the email address used for the purchase.
3. Confirm access using the code received by email.
4. Select the relevant order.
5. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation.
6. If the order has already been delivered, you can request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, where applicable.

The available options depend on the order status and on the conditions applicable to the purchased product.
